How profit sharing works

Pooled returns, fair share, full transparency

Every unit in the group earns together. Costs and management fees come off the top, and the remaining net profit is shared based on each unit's contribution.

Group earns together

All bookings across the group are pooled into one monthly total.

Costs deducted

Direct expenses (utilities, repairs, consumables) and cleaning fees come off the top.

Management fee applied

A fixed percentage of net (after costs) covers operations, marketing and guest support.

Your share, transparently

What remains is the group net profit. Your share is based on your unit's contribution and shown in your statement.

Use your own unit, on your terms.

As a participating owner, you have free-stay rights according to your plan. Check the season calendar to see when your unit is available for personal use.

I can't log in to my account

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password option to reset it. If your email isn't recognised or you've never logged in before, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll set you up.

How is my share of the group profit calculated?

Group bookings are pooled monthly. Total expenses, cleaning fees and management fees are deducted to give the group net profit. Your share is based on your unit's contribution to the group - the full breakdown is shown on your monthly statement.

How do I read my monthly statement?

Open the statement section and pick a month. You'll see total booking, expenses, cleaning fee, management fee, group net and your net profit. Each section has a detailed breakdown - for example, expenses split by electricity, water, internet and repairs. A PDF guide is also available in the portal.

How do I book a free stay in my own unit?

Go to Free Stay in the portal to see your plan and remaining entitlement, then check the season calendar. Free stays are allowed during Low and Peak seasons (subject to plan terms) but blocked during Super Peak when guest demand is highest.

How do I switch between my units or condos?

Tap the Quick Switch icon in the top bar (or press Ctrl + S) to filter by company, condo and unit. The currently active unit is shown in the header at all times.
